“ We had scouted out a Tacoma on Lewis’ website and decided to go look at it the same day. When we pulled on the lot and right up to the Tacoma, we were not bum rushed by pushy sales people - AWESOME! The keys were in the truck and it was unlocked so we started it up, listened to it run, & checked out some of the features. We decided we want it, walked into the showroom and met Richard, we a big smile & handshake he asked if we were ready to buy a car - great introduction! We told him what we wanted and he began working on the deal. At one point I thought I was going to walk out, but Richard talked to the sales manager and they come up with an acceptable trade in for my Chevy. When I told them I wanted the truck, but my mom was being released from the hospital and I had to leave, they waived the down payment and scheduled a time for me to finish the deal the following day. WOW! Making a deal on a handshake and your word! Who would have thought in today’s world! AWESOME! The next day I we had to meet with the finance guy, never a pleasant experience as they are usually pushy with extended warranties and other stuff I dont want, well then we met Kyle! Kyle was not pushy, explained the warranties offered and when we declined them he moved on and got us out of there within 20 minutes - Kyle was AWESOME!!!! I would highly recommend Lewis Toyota to anyone looking for a new car - good inventory, great salesman (Richard), solid finance people (Kyle) and overall AWESOME dealership!!! ”

“ Making an appointment over the phone with a service person, Zach Lee, was quick and easy. I needed scheduled maintenance for my flex-fuel Tundra, nearing 55,000 miles. I was able to schedule service at a date & time that was very convenient for me. I was greeted by a service advisor, Robert Dasher, as soon as I arrived for my appointment. I waited at Lewis Toyota for approximately one hour for the service work to be completed. I thought that the wait time was reasonable for my pickup to basically get a complete oil & filter change and tire rotation, along with the multi-point inspections. After waiting, my service advisor, Robert Dasher, explained the work that was performed and the results of their inspections. I thought that the service charges were fair and reasonable. ”

“ When I arrived the service area was PACKED! I was worried since I had to commute from Lawrence that I wouldn’t be able to leave in time to go back to get my son off the bus. I waited for 20 minutes (which isn’t long at all!) before anxiety about the amount of cars made me ask how long it would be. Kelly (Kelli)immediately left her area to go check on my car. When she came back she apologized that it hadn’t been pulled up yet and they would try to get it in as soon as possible. When I asked why it was so busy she explained that they have a new phone center to accept appointments and they had accidentally over booked them. She was so kind and even got someone to find out how long it would be since I was worried about the time. A gentleman came in and said they would get my car in right away and within 15 minutes my car was ready. Robert, who checked me in and is ALWAYS quick with a smile and awesome customer service, came in and dropped off my keys and helped organize my paperwork for a fast send off. I very sincerely appreciate all the effort they put in to helping me. ”
